Vos Responsabilités

Vous intégrez le département Technique.

• Vous intervenez dans le réglage des machines (parc machine récent) ;
• Vous effectuez les tâches de maintenance préventive et curative sur les équipements de production ;
• Vous recherchez et résolvez les différentes pannes dans un contexte de production ;
• Vous analysez les problèmes récurrents et proposez des solutions efficaces ;
• Vous êtes orienté amélioration continue et êtes force de proposition pour toute action pouvant augmenter la productivité, la sécurité, le bien-être… ;
• Vous contribuez à la maintenance des bâtiments ;

Votre Profil

• Vous disposez d’une formation à orientation électromécanique (avec ou sans expérience).
• Vous avez des compétences sur des équipements incluant de l’électricité, de la pneumatique et de l’automatique.
• Autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe, vous vous distinguez notamment par votre esprit d’initiative, votre sens de l’analyse et de la solution, votre souci d’amélioration continue et une bonne résistance au stress quotidien.

To strengthen our team in Villers-le-Bouillet, we are looking for a multilingual project manager / sales support.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your mission will be to ensure that good customer relations and satisfaction are maintained through meticulous monitoring in collaboration with all the other company departments

Job responsibilities

• Supporting the sales representative in new commercial projects with customers
• Managing new commercial projects internally,
• Monitoring the development of new products and packaging, working with purchasing, quality, and R&D,
• Maintaining relationships of trust with customers,
• Creating and monitoring customer and product files in the ERP system,
• Monitoring sales mailboxes and various customer portals,
• Coordinate samples preparation,
• Helping to prepare for trade fairs

Is this opportunity for you ?

• You speak French, English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset !
• You have significant experience in project management or sales support.
• You are dynamic, organized and proactive.
• You have a strong customer focus.
• You are able to multitask and work independently.
• You have a commercial/marketing/communication degree.
• You have a good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and are comfortable using an ERP system.
