Moelleux

The incredible fine taste of chocolate makes this original Belgian moelleux a fantastic experience of pleasure.
Heat that dessert in your oven or microwave and you will have a delicious tasting of oozing chocolate.
In french we use to call it "un pêché mignon".
Among the years, we have developed two specific recipes for that range of products, one is respecting the old tradition of French gastronomy, the other one is embracing modernity of world cuisine.
These moelleux come in two different format:

  • Partyfood mini Moelleux: 20-25g
  • Individual dessert: 80-100g

Of course our core product will always be the dark chocolate moelleux but we still think that the development of new produtcs is key among DF; that’s why we have developed linked products:

  • Specific hearts like salted butter caramel, White chocolate, raspberry or speculoos
  • Specific flavours added to the product like orange, irish cream, raspberry, mint
  • Totally new recipe of moelleux like white chocolate with coco, gingerbread,…

We supply these products as well for Foodservice as Retail, chilled or frozen
